RALEIGH, NC – Advance Community Health is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its founding, and in honor of this momentous milestone, Advance Auto Parts Foundation has awarded Advance Community Health with a $50,000 grant to support the launch of the “ACH Cares” pharmacy prescription assistance program to promote heart health.
